These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out below.

Privacy Policy:

Cotswold Bowls Centre will retain the personal details of the customer on computer only for the purpose of fulfilling the order, or on occasions advise the customers of offers or products that it feels may be of interest from Cotswold Bowls Centre ONLY.

We will not sell or disclose any of your details to anyone outside of Cotswold Bowls Centre.

All Payment transactions through Cotswold Bowls Centre website will be processed through Paypal. Cotswold Bowls do not handle your card details and at no point have access to them. All reasonable attempts will be made to ensure the security of every transaction but Cotswold Bowls cannot be held liable for any loss, no matter how arising.

Returns Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products for a full refund or exchange the product for another one,be it the same or not.

Products are returned at purchasers own cost unless items are faulty, in that instance return postage will be refunded.

The product must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase unless otherwise agreed with Cotswold Bowls Centre.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Please note any Bowls or Bowls Shirts that are specifically made to order cannot be returned, unless due to a manufacturing fault or by prior agreement with Cotswold Bowls Centre.

Cotswold Bowls Centre accepts no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery,late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances no matter how such damge or loss occurred.

Delivery:

Subject to availability we aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

Delivery Costs: UK Only orders between £ 0 - £49.99 is £3.50 and for order over £50 post free.

All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate, and are subject to alteration without notice.

Product Descriptions:

We take care to ensure that all details,descriptions and prices of products on the website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the site. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible. Descriptions and delivery times may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
